Abstract
Effects of pharmacological compounds on blood flow through mammary-cor onary graft were studied in experiments on 12 mongrel dogs. Electromag netic flowmetry was used for monitoring blood flow changes and cathete r tip pressure sensors for estimation of parameters of central hemodyn amics. The following compounds were tested: epinephrine, norepinephrin e, dopamine, dopamine combined with nitroglycerin, and nifedipine (the latter in 10 dogs).
