Abstract
Molecular topology has been applied to find the new lead antimycotic c ompounds. Among the selected compounds stands out -(4,4'-Biphenylene)b is(2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium chloride), Benztropine mesylate and Dic yclopentamethylenethiuram disulphide, with minimum inhibitory concentr ations between 1.6 and 2 mu g/mL.
