Pulmonary blastoma is a rare primary lung neoplasm occurring in both,
children and adults. Treatment of choice is radical surgical resection
in curative intention; in inoperable or metastatic disease both, chem
otherapy and radiation have been used but objective responses are repo
rted in only few cases. We present two cases of metastatic pulmoblasto
ma responding to aggressive polychemotherapy.
