Abstract
Goursat structures are the dual objects of E. Cartan's ''systems of cl ass zero'' (also called ''en drapeau'' in [7]). We prove that the grow th vector is not the only local invariant for a Goursat structure on R -n, n greater than or equal to 9; and that there exist infinitely many locally non-equivalent Goursat structures on R-n, n greater than or e qual to 10.
