Abstract
We present a new calculation of the t --> cH decay rate in the standar d model. We find that the corresponding branching fraction is B(t --> cH) similar or equal to 10(-13) divided by 10(-14) for M-z less than o r similar to m(H) less than or similar to 2 M-w, that is about 6 order s of magnitude less than previously evaluated, and usually quoted in t he literature.
