The problem of static output-feedback control of linear systems with m
easurement delay is considered. This paper extends the results of [1]
that have been derived for the case with zero delay. The obtained resu
lts can thus he most applicable in problems of process control where,
given the structure of a proportional integral derivative controller,
it is required to find the controller gains that will achieve a prescr
ibed performance in spite of a delay that is usually encountered withi
n the measurement.
