D. Schmeltzer et al., THE SINGLE IMPURITY PROBLEM WITH INTERACTIONS IN 2 DIMENSIONS, Journal of physics. Condensed matter (Print), 10(38), 1998, pp. 651-658
We study the behaviour of a single impurity potential V-imp within a c
ombined method of renormalization group and bosonization in two dimens
ions. For repulsive interactions the 2K(F) backscattering components o
f the impurity potential are enhanced with respect to the other angles
. We estimate the corrections to the conductivity as a function of E-F
/T. For E-F/T --> infinity we obtain similar results as in the non-int
eracting case. At finite temperatures, we obtain results controlled by
the interactions. Here we identify a range of temperatures in which t
he conductivity increases with the lowering of the temperature.
