Abstract
The present paper describes thirty patients with cystic fibrosis who u nderwent bilateral single sequential lung transplantation. Traditional hemodynamic monitoring and volumetric data obtained by Circulation Ox ygenation Liver Diagnosis computerized system (COLD-System) are report ed. Intramucosal gastric pH by gastric tonometry was also evaluated. P ositive pressure noninvasive ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide play ed an important role for the postoperative treatment.
