Abstract
A case of intracranial lipoma located in the interpeduncular Fossa of a young woman is presented. Since the patient suffers only nonspecific headache, no treatment was performed. To our knowledge this is the on ly which was demonstrated by magnetic resonance images (MRI) in the En glish language literature.
