Sandy soils under 4-7 years Miscanthus cultivation showed increased ca
tion exchange capacity (+ 0,92 mmol(c)/100g) and decreased base satura
tion (- 7,5 %). The distribution of exchangeable cations was character
ized by increased content of exchangeable potassium (+ 3,7 %) and decr
eased content of exchangeable calcium (- 4,8 %). The variation of plan
t density (1, 2, 3 pl.. m(-2)) had effects on different chemical soil
parameters: C-t,C- N-t, P, K, KAK and exchangeable cations.
