Abstract
A four-channel wavelength selector with 200GHz channel spacing monolit hically integrated on InP is reported. Record low fibre-to-fibre inser tion loss of 1.5dB was obtained at a bias current of only 30mA. BER pe rformance at 2.5Gbit/s has also been investigated.
