Abstract
In this paper, N always denotes continuous nest, and tau(N) = {T is an elem ent of L(H), TM subset of M; M is an element of N}. We describe the spectra l picture of some strongly irreducible operators in tau(N), and characteriz e the closure of the unitary orbit of the strongly irreducible operators in tau(N).
