Abstract
Two cases of endoscopic band ligation as lone therapy for Dieulafoy's lesio ns are presented. Neither patient has experienced further gastrointestinal bleeding; one patient has been followed for 27 months. Endoscopic band liga tion is an alternative and attractive treatment modality for Dieulafoy's le sions. (C) 1999 by Am. Cell, of Gastroenterology.
