An in-beam experiment with the subcoulomb reaction Bi-209(He-3, d*gamma gam
ma)Po-210 at 20.5 MeV was performed with two EUROBALL CLUSTER detectors in
Cologne. It closed the gap between the low energy levels of the level-schem
e and the high energy levels found in Bi-209(He-3, d)Po-210 and Pb-208(He-4
, t)Po-210 particle experiments. New branchings have been found and the (He
-3, d*gamma gamma) reaction below the coulomb-barrier has been used success
fully.
