Abstract
We report the first case of recurrent hepatitis secondary to a pituitary ma croadenoma in a 55-year old man. Liver ischemia is thought to be the main c onsequence of episodes of acute adrenal insufficiency. Sudden acute adrenal insufficiency was due to enlargement of the sella content secondary to sev eral microhemorrhages in the macroadenoma.
