Abstract
An iterative algorithm for solving geometric inverse problem in dynamic inf rared thermography has been proposed in this paper. According to 1D dynamic heat-conduction model and the corrective criterion based on Tailor's serie s expansion, both 2D and 3D geometrical inverse problems are solved by foll owing an iterative procedure. Computer simulation results show that the rec onstructed profile has satisfactory accuracy. The adaptability and stabilit y of the method are also discussed.
