Analyses of the statistical structure of long-term variations in the height- and time-dependent fields of atmospheric pressure and density from rocket sounding data

Empirical models are developed for long-term trends and quasi-periodic vari
ations in atmospheric pressure and density at altitudes of 0 to 72 km in th
e period 1969-1993. The models are developed on the basis of the regression
analysis and analytical representation of spatiotemporal meteorological fi
elds inferred from the data of four stations of rocket and accompanying aer
ological sounding.
