The Eulerian frequency spectra relationships under free convection reg
ime described in [5] for wind velocity fluctuations (i = 1 - 3) S(i)(f
) = C(i)(betaH)8/9z2/9f-5/3, temperature S(t)(f) = C(t)beta-4/9H14/9z-
10/9f-5/3 and humidity S(e)(f) = C(e)gamma-4/9E14/9z-10/9f-5/3 are com
pared with the results of direct eddy correlation measurements at ocea
nographic platform in the Black Sea. The relationships are found to ho
ld for a broad frequency range (approximately from 10(-2) to 10 Hz) wi
th numerical values of constrants being C1 = 0.50, C3 = 0.57, C(t) = 0
.46, C(e) = 0.31. They can be used to evaluate heat and water vapor fl
uxes in a calm weather (when conventional inertial-dissipation method
doesn't work) basing on measurements of high-frequency range of spectr
a by stationary sensors.
