Abstract
We describe a case of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) complicated by acute re spiratory distress syndrome (ARDS),and cerebral vasospasm. Inhaled nitric o xide (NO) was used to improve oxygenation, thereby facilitating cerebral an eurysm clipping.
