Yl. Iunin et al., DISLOCATION DYNAMICS IN GE SINGLE-CRYSTALS UNDER CONDITIONS OF PERIODIC 2-LEVEL INTERMITTENT LOADING, Physica status solidi. a, Applied research, 138(2), 1993, pp. 601-606
The results of an experimental study of the mobility of individual dis
locations in germanium single crystals under intermittent two-level lo
ading are presented. The data obtained have been analysed within the f
ramework of a kinetic model taking into account the processes of kink
diffusion and drift as well as the point defect atmosphere dragging. Q
ualitative agreement between the calculated dependences and experiment
al data is observed. The possible reasons of divergences observed are
discussed.
