Abstract
The pulsar PSR2334+61 is located near the centre of the supernova remn ant G114.3+0.3. It is shown that ages and distances of both objects ar e comparable. This result suggests that both objects are physically re lated. With an age of about 40,000 years the pair PSR23 34+61 and G114 .3+0.3 would be one of the oldest association presently known.
