We derive the Hamiltonian for composite fermions in bilayer quantum Hall sy
stems at total Landau-level filling factor nu=1/m, where rn is an integer.
We show that not only at nu = 1/2 but also at nu = 1/m, the ground state of
the system is the p-wave pairing state of composite fermions. The effect o
f Coulomb interaction is also discussed. [S0163-1829(99)08111-4].
