J. Larson, Analyzing participation frameworks in kindergarten writing activity - The role of overhearer in learning to write, WRIT COMM, 16(2), 1999, pp. 225-257
This article focuses on the role of overhearer participation in learning to

ic structure that organizes and is organized by talk and interaction in act
ivity, data drawn from an ethnographic study of kindergarten journal writin
g activity will be presented in a discussion of how shifts in participant r
oles contribute to text construction.
