Abstract
Relativistic calculations for K x-ray transition energies and emission rate s for titanium atoms with various electron configurations were performed wi th the Dirac-Fock method. The theoretical values were compared with the exp erimentally measured K x-ray spectra for compounds of titanium and the elec tronic structures of the compounds were investigated.
