Abstract
A 29-year-old woman presented with multiple rheumatoid nodules in both hands. Clinical features and supportive laboratory investigations rev ealed antiphospholipid syndrome. A review of rheumatoid nodules and cu taneous manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome is presented.
