Abstract
Adrenal lipomas are extremely rarely occuring benign tumors being horm onally inactive. The patient described in this report underwent surgic al excision of an adrenal lipoma because of the associated hypertensio n. The blood pressure decreased postoperatively to normal levels. This case report and the review of the literature consider diagnosis and t hera py of the adrenal lipomas.
