Abstract
We present a case of neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus with granula r calcification in the basal ganglia and cerebral white matter on CT. Histopathologically, these were identified as perivenous necrotising l esions, with loss of axons and myelin sheaths and prominent dystrophic calcification.
