[3,3]-SIGMATROPIC REARRANGEMENTS AS A MET HOD OF ORGANOFLUORINE SYNTHESIS

The literary data on [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangements of organofluorin e compounds are generalized and classified according to the kinds of s ubstances and intermediates engaged in rearrangements. Peculiarities o f these reactions have been considered depending on the structure of t he molecules izomerizated and location of fluorine atoms and fluorine- containing substituents in them. Possibilities are estimated of applic ation of [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangements for direct synthesis of fluo rine-containing compounds of certain classes. Bibliography - 180 refer ences.
