Abstract
Vibronic levels in the strong-coupling limit are not easy to obtain si nce vibrational and electronic components are extremely mixed. Usual m ethods based on extrapolations from the adiabatic limit fail. In the p resent paper we want to compare the Lanczos method and the Glauber sta tes method applied to a case were the strong-coupling limit is approac hed. The application considers parameters valid suited to the system Z nSe:Fe-2 for a more realistic interpretation. Stability of the solutio ns is found and discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of both method s are also discussed.
