Abstract
A new alpha-pyrone, tetradenolide, was isolated from the leaves of Tet radenia riparia. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, this compound was identified as 5,6-dihydro-6-(1,2-dihydroxyhexyl)-2-pyrone. (C) 19 98 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
