Abstract
An algorithm for constructing the Lyapunov-Schmidt series in multipara meter problems with quadratic non-linearity is proposed, which enables a degenerate bifurcation of cycle generation to be investigated using the Weierstrass preparation theorem. The use of this algorithm to stu dy multiparameter problems of hydrodynamics, namely, Kolmogorov flow a nd the Couette-Poiseuille flow in a plane channel is considered.
