Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study the structure of the Hochschild coho mology ring of Brauer tree algebras. We explicitly describe the even c ohomology ring by generators and relations. This generalizes results o f [11] on the Hochschild cohomology of blocks of modular group algebra s with cyclic defect groups.
