Abstract
A computer-supported procedure for monitoring processes in psychothera py is presented, which is easy to carry out, requires about 4 to 5 min utes per session and can be easily set up in many outpatient practices . The procedure economically provides feedback, does not disturb the c ourse of the session and can be used independently of the therapeutic method. Each patient can view his/her data. To interpret the data, the knowledge of the therapist about the special therapy process is requi red, in addition to experience with the system. The purpose of this pr ocedure is the internal monitoring of psychotherapeutic processes with in the practice. The procedure can and indeed should be combined with result evaluation methods.
