Abstract
Conditions of the formation of structure-sensitive liquid flowable med ia based on 1.5 and 10% aqueous solutions of polyvinyl alcohol contain ing silicotungstic acid and water-soluble carboxymethylcellulose in th e form of its potassium salt (Na-CMC) are examined. Rheological, optic al. and dielectric relaxation methods revealed the formation of severa l types of interpolymer complexes in the examined liquid flowable medi a. This leads to the formation of associates and an increase in the mo lecular mobility of the macromolecules and their fragments. The struct ure and properties of the complexes depend on the composition of the m edia as well as the method of introducing polyacids. It was found that it was possible to control the structure of such solutions by applyin g a mechanical or magnetic field. The compositions obtained can be use d for producing artisotropic light-, electric-, and heat-sensitive fil m materials, as well as sensors of different types.
