Abstract
We present optical spectra of polymeric AC(60) salts (A = K, Rb, Cs) f rom the far infrared through the ultraviolet. The spectra are essentia lly independent of the counterion and reflect the metallic character o f the electronic system and the decreased symmetry of the molecular un its.
