Abstract
The close-spaced vapor transport (CSVT) technique is applied to the gr owth of polycrystalline fullerene films under various preparation cond itions using fullerene extract as starting material. The obtained film s are studied with atomic force microscopy and mass spectroscopy. A si mplified theoretical treatment for modeling the deposition process is compared to experimental results.
