Abstract
This case report describes the successful maxillary rehabilitation of. partially edentulous patient with thalassemia minor. This rather comm on genetic disorder presented clinical implications for the placement of maxillary dental implants. The diagnostic evaluation for thalassemi a and clinical manifestations are discussed. The surgical technique, i mplant biomaterial, and prosthetic phase of therapy were modified to a ccommodate the poor osseous architecture.
