Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma metastatic to the oral cavity is a rare pheno menon. From 1957 to date, 51 cases have been documented in the English literature. In this report we describe a case of metastatic hepatocel lular carcinoma manifesting itself as unilateral mandibular paresthesi a before the discovery of the primary tumor. In addition, we review th e literature related to metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma and the pa thways of metastasis.
