Abstract
The normal-state resistivity as a function of T(c) of an expitaxial YB a2Cu3O7-x thin film has been measured. The superconducting transition temperature T(c) of the film was varied by annealing the sample to obt ain different oxygen deficiencies. The film showed metallic resistivit y behavior even when T(c) was reduced to 26 K. We also found that the T(c) is inversely proportional to the room-temperature resistivity of the sample (T(c) is-proportional-to 1/rho300 K). These experimental re sults are compared with a theoretical prediction based on the Coulomb coupling model and two-dimensional analyses.
