Abstract
We demonstrate a novel technique of fabricating organic light-emitting devices. Each device consists of 1480 micro-pixels, with a pixel dime nsion of 45x45 mu m(2) The pixels were obtained by using a single-step UV patternable patternable sol-pel hybrid glass thin film. Due to hig her fields, micro-pixels based devices show forward light output at lo wer voltage than conventional dvices. More than 1% in external quantum efficiency and green Light exceeding 27,000 cd/m(2) are demonstrated.
