Abstract
We used an atomic force microscope(AFM) to study the surface morpholog y of the crystallized samples of PbTiO3 from the amorphous state prepa red by rapid quenching. The specific structure on the surface was dete cted. We discussed a possible relationship between such a structure an d the 90 degrees domain structure of the crystalline PbTiO3.
