Abstract
We describe a case of multiple myeloma with unusual manifestations con sisting of cutaneous xanthomatosis, temporal arteritis, retinal vascul itis with a complex karyotype, and a ''jumping translocation'' involvi ng 1q21. The literature of cytogenetic studies of multiple myeloma and of jumping translocation is reviewed. (C) Elsevier Science Inc., 1998 .
