Abstract
Hedgehog solitons are found in a chiral quark model with non-local int eractions. The solitons are stable without the chiral-circle constrain t for the meson fields, as was assumed in previous Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model with local interactions. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All righ ts reserved.
