Abstract
This is the report of a 38-year-old man with unilateral dermatomal hyp erhidrosis documented by a starch-iodine technique; a subsequent diagn osis was made of a generalized pulmonary adenocarcinoma. The associati on of unilateral hyperhidrosis and a malignant tumor is reviewed.
