Abstract
A case of Churg Strauss syndrome (CSS) with central retinal artery occ lusion is presented. This is the second fully documented case of such an event in CSS, but very probably not as a fortuitous coincidence. Th e patient recovered from his retinal arterial occlusion after paracent esis of the anterior eye chamber; the systemic signs and symptoms clea red slowly upon administration of corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide .
