We discuss a particular case of the global reconstruction problem cons
isting in the knowledge of the general form of equations of dynamical
system which produce the signal under observation. We suggest the appl
ication of the reconstruction technique to solve different problems, s
uch as multichannel confidential communication, prediction of the regi
me of system's functioning on its one-dimension realization, tuning of
characteristics of a working oscillator with respect to those of a st
andard oscillator. We demonsrate the workability of the parameter dete
rmination method in the presence of noise of different origin. (C) 199
