Abstract
A procedure for preparing C-14-labelled half-generation Starburst(R) P AMAM dendrimers is described. Controlled incorporation of radioisotope was achieved by Michael additions of amines with C-14-labelled methyl acrylate, resulting in dendrimers with specific activities between 30 and 45 mCi/mmor in very high radiochemical purity.
