Abstract
Since its foundation in 1951, Aplicaciones de Metales Sinterizados (AM ES) has grown to become Spain's largest PM company in terms of turnove r. A consistent policy of investment in new facilities and equipment h as led to the development of three modern production plants in Spain, and in 1997 the company consolidated its position in the American mark et with the purchase of plants in the USA and Mexico.
