Abstract
Metales Sinterizados SA (Metasint) has 30 years' experience in the man ufacture of PM parts, although the company adopted its present name on ly in 1986. In May this year, a new venture, Ferricos Sinterizados (Fe rsint), in which Metasint has a controlling stake, began operation in a highly automated factory built only 20 min away from the original co mpany.
