SYNTHESIS AND SPIN-TRAPPING BEHAVIOR OF GLYCOSYLATED NITRONES

In the course of our investigation dealing with the vectorisation and cell targeting of biocompatible spin traps, the synthesis and spin tra pping behaviour of two glycosylated nitrones, LAMPBN obionamidomethyle ne)benzylidene]-N-tert-butylamine N-oxide) and LAMPPN (diethyl domethy lene)benzylidene]azinoylethyl]phosphonate), have been studied and thei r interactions with yeast bearing specific membrane lectins have been successfully assessed.
